It also pre-let 2 Ruskin Square in Croydon to the Home Office; secured the largest leasing deal, at 330,000 sq ft, in London so far in 2020; and brokered and managed the transaction of the largest leasing deal in German history, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, taking 87,000 sq m of space at Berlin’s ‘Treptowers’. Savills Student Accommodation team was named Agent of the Year for an unprecedented second year in a row at The Student Accommodation Awards and its Industrial and Logistics team was crowned Industrial Adviser of the Year at the EG Awards. There was also a double accolade for the residential teams at the RESI Awards, taking home UK Sales Agency of the Year and Letting Agency of the Year. Savills Cross Border Investment team was honoured for its stand out performance in 2019 as Europe’s leading investment sales broker, outshining the competition for the third consecutive year.
