Its expertise lies in ready-to-eat sashimi cuts, cold and hot smoked salmon, game fish, and seafood. The company is also famed for its premium quality ready-to-heat frozen soups, sauces and ready-to-eat meals. Fassler specialises in customisation. With over 200 smoked items and over 100 soups, sauces and ready meals in its product list, the team still focuses on working with their key customers on innovative products. Smoked salmon — Fassler offers both hot and cold smoked salmon. In addition to regular smoked salmon flavours such as Traditional, Black Pepper and Gravlax. Speciality smoked salmon varieties have also been created for different customers, including beetroot, green tea, Thai-style and lemon orange. Fassler raises the bar by offering its cold smoked salmon products sliced in three different ways, i.e. Traditionally Sliced (15° angle – large slices, perfect for a-la-carte plating), Buffet-Style Slices (45°angle – smaller slices, preferred for buffet), and Hand Sliced at a 90° angle which projects a rustic look and feel.
